Philip is the Executive Chef of Ramore Restaurants, and is involved in training and developing lots of members of staff and chefs across all departments within The Ramore family of restaurants.
Ciara brings over 14 years of hospitality experience to the business as one of the Wine Bar Assistant Managers, regularly looking after more than 30 members of staff every day.
Wojtek came to Northern Ireland from Poland to study English at University and is now one of the head pizza chefs, regularly training new recruits and chefs.
